Used Equipment: we offer a 90 day limited parts warranty on refurbished equipment. This does not cover wear items or wire tier parts, cylinder replacements or issues resulting from neglect, damage during shipping and offloading, or customers improper operation or abuse of the machine. Parts that were not replaced as part of a rebuild are not covered by this warranty. Parts must be returned for processing of warranty claims. Equipment is sold "AS is, Where is". All sales are subject to signed sales agreement and purchase order. Used Equipment payment terms are 100% deposit before pickup. Equipment requiring work has terms of 50% down, 50% before pickup, or as quoted on a case by case basis. Funds are to be sent in USD via wire transfer. Buyer is to arrange shipping of said equipment. Action Compaction offers no performance guarantee on equipment. Performance specs are provided by the original machine Manufacturer.
New Equipment: we provide support for warranty claims on new equipment sold by Action Compaction within the terms provided by the Manufacturers printed warranty. Parts and labor as allowed.
Service: standard terms of Net 30 for established customer base.
